Workshop Presenter: Sparkle Sparks, MPT, HCS-D, COS-C
Sparkle is a physical therapist with 10 years of home health experience as a direct care provider, consultant, PPS analyst, staff educator, and OASIS and ICD-9 Coding trainer. She serves as an advisor for the Board of Advanced
Medical Coding which created the Homecare Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D) certification. Sparkle is a Senior Associate Consultant with OASIS ANSWERS, Inc.
