2021 MHHA Annual Conference Virtual Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities

Over 200 home care agency decision-makers are expected to attend. The Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association’s Annual Conference attracts a wide variety of home health, hospice, palliative care, private duty, HME/Infusion administrators, financial officers, billers, owners and clinicians from private, public and not-for-profit home care environments.

  • Engage more staff:  you don’t have to pick just one or two staff members to send to event.  Instead take advantage of having all your experts participate throughout the event. 

  • Lead Retrieval and Follow Up:  Don’t have to worry about scanning  name badges or collecting cards, virtual platforms can give you this information leaving for easy follow-up.

  • Brand Awareness & Good PR:  Don’t miss out on the opportunity for brand awareness.  Plus, during hard times such as this pandemic, attendees recognize and appreciate companies that support their professional organizations/industry—and that’s FREE PR.

Early Bird Rate (postmarked on or before 3/22/21):

$595.00  member (8 X 10)

$970 nonmember (8 X10)

 

Standard Rate (postmarked after 3/22/21)

$695.00 member (8 X 10)

$1170.00 nonmember (8 X 10)

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment must accompany each application.  Space will not be held until payment is received.  Checks should be made payable to “MHHA.”  Notification of withdrawal must be made in writing and received on or before Friday, April 2, 2021, for a refund of 50% of exhibit fees.  No refunds will be made after April 2, 2021.

 

 

Eligibility

Products or services displayed must be related to the home care and hospice industry.  All requests to exhibit will be considered.  Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Full payment and a signed contract must accompany each request to exhibit.

 

Gamification/Prizes

 

The Michigan HomeCare & Hospice Association will sponsor a virtual game through the platform that can engage attendees with vendors and receive points.  We are looking for prizes to be used to give to those attendees with the most points.   Get additional exposure by donating a prize to be used for the game.  Additional information will follow on this. 

 

 

Additional Exposure:

Receive added exposure for vendors by purchasing an added sponsorship (enclosed later in this prospectus).

 

 

Contract

These official rules and regulations together with the Exhibit Application and Contract and the confirmation of assignment constitute the entire agreement for the right to use the space allotted.  No verbal understanding will be recognized by MHHA.
